What we collect

When you fill out the contact form on this site or otherwise get in touch, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

I use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential projects, and, where relevant, follow up about work we've discussed. I don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Where GDPR or similar frameworks apply, I rely on legitimate interest (responding to inquiries you've initiated) or your consent (given when you submit the contact form) as the legal basis for processing your information.

How long we keep it

I retain contact information for as long as it's relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and generally delete it within a reasonable period after that if there's no continuing relationship.

Who processes it

This site and its contact form are hosted on HubSpot, which acts as a data processor on my behalf. I also use Google Workspace for email, so messages you send may pass through Google's systems as well.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by writing to info@damashek.co.
