I’m Laurel Damashek.
I spent four years co-founding and leading the International Society of Glomerular Disease (ISGD) from a shared idea into a self-sustaining global medical society: from zero to 2,000+ members in 105 countries, at the cutting edge of scientific and clinical progress in glomerular medicine. Before that, I worked for nearly two decades in product, program, and quality/risk management across MedTech, EdTech, and compliance. Now I bring that same operational discipline to a smaller number of organizations and projects I believe in.
